For domestic orders, standard shipping is free over $250 USD with the code “freeship250”

We usually ship via usps, although there may be cases we ship via ups or fedex. We choose the best price for your location.

Orders typically ship every tuesday. all orders are often delivered within 3-5 business days of being shipped.

(Note that we ship everything from NYC, so the closer you are to us, the faster your order is likely to arrive!)

International

we ship everywhere internationally. delivery times may differ based on distance but you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

In light of current global events, please note that returns are being processed at a slower rate than usual. It may take 1-2 weeks to process your return once it is received.

Any orders that are one of a kind, are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange.

items that are purchased on sale or using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.

You will have 7-10 days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered.

after we receive the dress and confirm there are no damages, we will refund you for the order. We will not accept returns if the tags have been detached, if there’s visible stains and damages, or the item(s) has a bad odor
